This Usnea is sustainably harvested from fallen branches on my property here in the Cascade Foothills. I take special care to only collect specimens that have been removed naturally by nature. I have not washed or processed it, ensuring that you receive the raw ingredient as if you were collecting it yourself.
There are many species of usnea, that are hard to distinguish yet all have the same uses. I do not provide guarantees that each package of Usnea sold will be a single species, instead it will most likely contain Usnea from multiple species of the Usnea family.
